The ginger in this marmalade adds a great twist on the traditional orange. It takes fantastic when used in bread and butter
pudding.
Ingredients: 320 gram jar – Sugar, Lemons 21%, Oranges 14%, Root Ginger 4% Ground Ginger 0.1%.
