Caramel Sauce with Cornish Sea Salt-Rich, luxurious and irresistibly indulgent, this caramel sauce is made with butter, double cream and sea salt. It’s delicious served warm over ice cream, drizzled over pancakes or stirred into your hot chocolate.
Orange Marmalade with Tarquin’s Gin – Sweet oranges are simmered with juniper and a large glut of Cornish gin. The bitterness of gin counteracts the lovely sweet taste of ripe oranges. This marmalade should be enjoyed on a thick slice of buttery toast or try glazing your ham before roasting.
