Distilled with Grapefruit, pink peppercorn and cardamom and bottled at 45% to retain the complexity that all the citrus oils bring to this beautiful gin. Peachy in colour, turning a delicate dusky pink in your glass when combined with tonic. Strictly no added sweeteners to allow these botanicals to sing. A pink gin like no other!
