The ultimate Cornish biscuit. These Ginger fairings are still made from John Cooper Furniss’ original recipe for a lightly spiced biscuit dating back to the late 1880s.
Ingredients: 200g box – Wheat Flour, Sugar, Invert Sugar, Butter (9%), Vegetable Oil, Demerara Sugar, Rice Flour, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Carbonate), Rusk, Salt, Lemon Extract.
