Description
Rosemullion is a family-run craft distillery set in the rural Cornish countryside .They create artisan spirits including gin and rum from their own base spirit from scratch. The spirits are made in 100 bottle batches in a copper still utilising Cornish rainwater in the fermentation and distillation process.
An autumnal gin, made with apples and plums from the distillery’s orchard. Hints of raspberries, blackberries, and sloe.
This Cornish gin has a strong fruity, warm flavour. It works really well with a good quality tonic and a slice of apple for garnish – but equally can be enjoyed with lemonade if you prefer
