A wonderfully fresh mayonnaise which is delicious with fish. How about spreading a layer of the mayo on salmon, topping with breadcrumbs and grill until cooked.
Ingredients: 285 gram jar – Mayonnaise 93% (rapeseed oil, pasteurised free range whole egg, spirit vinegar, lemon juice, sea salt), Dill 4%, Lemon Juice 1%, Lemon Pepper 0.2%.
